1/2" powerfist impact wrench on sale

I was just at PA and saw the 1/2" electric impact wrench was on sale from $89 to $69.

Any idea if this actually a good product and price?

It has 185 Ft/LBS of torque, a cheap air impact has 500. You be the judge...

Good point. I was thinking it may be a good interim. In the place we live now, I have nowhere to put a decent size air compressor. We are hoping to buy a place with a garage late summer, fall. At that point I may get one. I think, I'll wait.

I have had good luck with Canadian Tire electric impacts and they go onsale regularly aroung $50. I have also never had any luck with princess Auto powertools.

I too have used Dirks and Dwayne's. Very impressed by the power. Great for getting most bolts off.

Mine only has 150 ft/lbs and it works fine for me. It took apart my YJ just fine.. too bad it never got put back together lol.
