3rd link DOM size

Till Valhalla!
I'm planning out my 3 link and considered using square tube (2 inch) for the lowers but have decided i'll use 2" DOM. I'm wondering how thick wall should i get for those? Adrian - Dwayne said he thought you used 3/8th wall?

Also, for the upper 3rd link i'm just wondering on peoples thoughts on DOM size - i was thinking perhaps using 1.5" DOM as this link will only see push/pull forces and there is somewhat limited space sandwiched between the frame and tranny.

I used 2" - 3/8" wall for my lowers. I actually have a small bend in one of them.. I used 1 1/2" - 1/4" wall for my uppers, but of course, there are two, for the 3-link in the front on mine, I am thinking of going 2" - 3/8" wall for all three, I can't bring myself to rely on a single 1 1/2" bar, but I have a bit of an obsessive nature LOL ....

I am going to all thread in Johny Joints this time, so If I bend a link I can replace it easy or go aluminum in the future. Aluminum does not bend apparently....

If it were me, I'd go with the 2" x .375 then slieve the inside on the lowers. It's alot easier to add the extra layer before they bend especially since the front of the rig has alot more weight coming down on the links than the rear.
