If you blew the engine, the ECM that came with the truck should still be fine.
Did you blow the top end or bottom? If the heads are good, I'd say buy my engine and swap your heads onto it and still have the EFI, all should be happy then.
Another option is to buy my engine (comes with complete wireing harness) and swap the 20R heads on it, boosts power quite a bit from what I have read.
