you can run a 1.75 inch spacer absolute MAX (try more and crack kaboom real fast) better to stick with 1.5 for the spacer for keeping it together, this will give you just over 2inches of actual lift, in the front you will need a strut spacer or extension or the front will ride like a tank with zero travel and blow out the struts very fast, don't add more than 1.5-2 inches of extra travel to the front or it will fall apart(my 03 tracker had the front end apart at least 10 times over the 5yrs i owned it), ditch the sway bar up front. then up to 3 inches in the rear, you must get rear bumpstop extended though or your coils will just fall out with longer rear shocks.. which again you need or it just won't function.. for the rear you can use xl7 rear coils for a bit of lift and then run a 1.75 inch spacer with it, i used a jeep coil spacer with the center bored out a bit.. this way you can actually carry weight and have the hard top without it just sagging right down. I had this same setup, worked very well. i ran early 90's chev cavalier rear shocks, bolt right up and ride great, they're about 5 inches longer than stock tracker shocks i think..
i've got some 1 inch front spacers in my garage, come and get them and you can have them for a whopping zero dollars, this will result in 1.5 inches of lift for the front
you should check out zukiworld.com for various info.and can get most lift parts from bits4vits in the UK, check out his site. quick shipping and good pricing.
i found my hardtop at a scrap yard, new they're about $1400...
