Currently trying to get the crankshaft set up. New crank, new bearings. Noticed with the the rear main bearing there were clearance issues with the bearing hitting a flange on the rear of the crank shaft. When i compared the new bearing with old one, they are the same size, also the old bearing fits the same way with the old crank. Ill try and get some pictures up soon.

Can't get the crank to rotate with everything torqued to spec. Anyone delt with this problem?

stock main journals diameter and bearing or ground down and oversized bearings? Mismatched perhaps?
Turning it by hand? With a ratchet or bar? Put a torque wrench on it and see how much it takes? There should be a spec for that.
Did you lube it when you assembled it?

Thanks for the replys, I think i found the problem, ill know tommorow when i take a look at it. Stock crank and bearing sizes.

I put my torque bar on it when even a 3 foot pipe was turning it, and i didnt want to strip the bolt. Crank wouldnt spin even with 200 ft lbs on it.

If the problem is what i think, it was a pretty dumb mistake on my part.
