Carp - trail report

We met Carp fair ground about 930, left it 955, hit the trail 10. Small delay becausse of the two guys coming bit late and here we go - 10.10 the run started. 15 trucks all together, 4 stockers - JK, WJ, TJ and H3. The rest - from high mod to low mod. Carp was completelly different this time - a lot of water, the final mud pit this time was covered with 1" water and 2" mud under. Few of us tryed it and passed it (some winching ofcourse), the rest did not try. At the end the group got split -...

What a fantastic day. Thanks to Mitko for leading the day (and setting up my tow rope in the morning) and thats to everyone else for making the day so much fun.

And a special thanks to those who helped me out of that water hole. Especially Tony for pulling me out. I think I was the first stuck of the day right?

Dash cam worked out awesome. I have 2 hours of tape I need to edit so it's a more watchable length. Will let you know one I post.

It was incredibly fun Washed the JK last night and didn't see any dings or scratches, though I seem to have left my front license plate in a mud hole somewhere, and lost my CB antenna after trying to move it further down the back (sigh).

I'll work on getting my pics up later this afternoon.

To the OJC guys - it was not really nice to leave the group without even a notice. Here at OVO we go for as a team and we go back as a team, if somebady need to leave, he at least say good buy.
