Only the recall only applies to Tacomas 95.5 -04. 95.5 -00, if the frames had any holes (punched with an air hammer) it was a total buy out 1.5 times what a third party appraised it at. check tacoma terratory or yota tech for more details. i paid 7500 for a 96 tacoma drove the $hit outta it for 3 years and got a buy out of 12000 last september. then i stripped it in mendes toyotas back yard. rime=s tires cold air fender flairs exhaust header cat and left the oem parts in the box. if it a 94 your stuck with it, clean up the rust ad weld a patch over it. where are the holes? in the typical yota spots between the the cab and box near the spring hanger?
