I know it is last minute but we are going back to Cloyne this Sunday as we need to get some more testing on our trucks so that we know they are ready for Rausch Creek at it is the place to break, I mean test trucks.

No minimums, it is Hydro road the whole way through, pick your poison, you can drive to pretty well all the hard obstacles to watch the carnage....I mean action. Are you locked Louie?

the trail is a hydro line with the obstacles on the peripheral so even a mildly built rig can travel down it (Dwaynes' excursion traveled a fair bit down it with the girls last weekend), it's much like the gorge, you're not forced to do the obstacles in order to move down the trail.

Dwayne,

JP's out as he's in Quebec with family right now - he is good to go for Rausch though and will be traveling with us on the wednesday - he's tenting.

I'm meeting up with Dwayne at Dacre (hiway 41 and 132) at 0830, Cloyne is straight down hiway 41 about 1 hour from there.

John I don't know which is faster for you, for the Ottawa guys it is shorter through Perth on 7 and then up from Kaladar. It is Hwy 506 a few clicks south of Cloyne but you don't turn onto the Hwy you instead turn onto the gravel road opposite 506, a few klicks down it is the parking spot. As Marek said we will be at Dacre/41 at 8:30.

Yes I have been stupid busy. If you want a drive to come and watch why you need to get locked it is good fun anyway but a 2 hour drive for you. Open/Open you will be limited to what you can do on obstacles but there is so much stuff there you will find lots of challenges for you.

It was a great run today, had some mechanical mishaps though - it started with me after the first obstacle in which i over heated due to a bad mech fan (last weeks swim keeps on giving!) but we trail fixed it by drilling some self tapping screws through the clutch to lock it in, i did still suffer from a hot running engine for the rest of the day.
Ron suffered from a hole punched into his oil filter from an engine mount and Dwayne broke a rear shaft and a front u-joint on twisted stair-case. Matt only suffered some new scapes and dents.

Here are some pics, none of myself but hopefully some of the other guys got some. enjoy...
