d44 flat top knuckle machining

I got my hands on a pair of wagoneer knuckles, now I need to get them machined.

I searched around and cant find any decent reccomendations for a shop in ontario (let alone the Valley).

Can anyone reccomend a place to machine the knuckles?

does anyone have a good set of machining instuctions in case I find a shop that has never done it before.

I found Billavista's article, but it doesn't specify the angle of the flat top or dimension "X"

Thanks for your help

the flat top is machined flat if im not mistaken and the arms have an angle to them.

Buy the arms you want to run and they will include the instructions for machining as well as drilling. Bring it to Jason at Cloutiers in Pembroke. I know they have done them before. Machine work depends on type of steering arm u want to use though.

most i've seen (including mine) are flat, like it was said before it's the arms that would be angled

The issue I have is I wont know if I'll be able to run flat arms or raised arms until I get the axle under the truck. Id like to get the knuckles machined before I install them.

and PS I know the kuckles need to machined "flat" but in relation to what? 90 degrees from the spindle mount surface?

I will post the maching drawing I used. I had mine done in the shop at work.

I am pretty sure EIP in Pembroke can do it.
