What's wrong with the steering box? Leaking seal?
You can buy a re-manufactured steering box for ~$300. Look at the Durango steering box. It's direct bolt-in and a good upgrade for the TJ. Call Napa / Canadian Tire.

There is a National in Smith Falls now, so that is a little closer. But if National is not your thing, you can always see Mitko at GCR Tire. Corner of Woodroffe & Carling, and a club member.
