alot more info than just e-test. :D

I especially like the HOME built section. As long as a buggy or any other vehicle built from scratch met the Vehicle Safety Standards it can be legal for stree use.
This may also come in handy if ontario, like some other provinces, ever gets lift laws.

I didn't like the home built section at all. My truck frame is home built. There is no factory frame or body panels whatsoever. Which means if I read it right I am not exempt from an annual E-Test? I am glad it is registered as a 1981 Suzuki LJ80. :D

If looking at e-test exemption only I see your point.

What knowing these rules gives us, is how to make the system work for us.

I'll check on monday but the only thing that changes your etest is if you put an engine that was not avalible from the manufacture for that vehicle. This only changes the limits and the type of test.

I talked to an MTO enforcement officer about tires sticking out past the body, He said that they can stick out as far as you want you only need mud flaps covering the bottom half of the rear tires.
