Got stuck at Burnt Lands

Oh the shame, we went for a leisurely Sunday drive, on Monday, to Rock Cody and Burnt lands. Very tame since we took both the ZJ and the Nitro. I was being a show off, and I got stuck! I could move maybe a half inch back and forth. And if that's not bad enough, the Nitro pulled me out!!

On a side note things really dried up there. That mud hole is almost non existant. If something other than the Nitro was with me I would have even tried it.

I tried but I just fell in. Notice how I had Ty's passenger do all the work :)

Is it just me, or does that new dodge look like it has about 4" ground clearance.

Supposedly it has 8", 0.7" more than the Liberty. But yeah, the air damn is pretty low. Supposedly it's easy to remove though.

I keep meaning to go down there with a measuring tape
definatelly a must-to-have recovery gear. At least later you can always explain "I got stuck in 2'5" deep mud" instead of just "the mud was deep".

Rule #1: never go alone unless you're capable to help/resque yourself.
The most broken of the off-road rules ever though. I've done some crazy BS some years ago too.

Guess I should have worded that a little better, Thanks Snippy :)

I checked tonight and that front lip is damn close to 10 inches off the ground.
