Hand Throttle

So does any one run a hand throttle? Good, Bad? Need a third leg sometimes!

I've had one for 10 years and love it. I don't need it so much anymore with my 100:1 first gear, but back then in Tellico my gearing was too high so it helped a lot.

I just used a bicycle shifter and cable and several little bits to make it work.

I have a hand throttle, stock Toyota .
I like it and use it plenty.
