Heavy Duty Tow Strap at PA

Just thought I would post this URL.

I bought 2 of them last night. They seem to be of fairly good quality and at $15 you really can't go wrong.

Those are regular duty. There's a thicker 3"x30', usually $70 and go for $35. Mine have been abused and lasted longer where those yellow straps would have worn through. http://www.princessauto.com/pal/product/8021865/Tow-Straps-&-Ropes/3-in.-x-30-ft-Recovery-Strap

Check overstock first. Mine are a different brand, 3"x35', have red ends, and rated at 27000 lbs. There was a few back last time I was there.

Stop getting that Yota stuck and they will last longer...my 2" is going strong...only used on a Bronco with a broken axle!!!

AHEM. I've never gotten stuck :flipoff:, I just use my recovery gear to unstuck THOSE DAMN JEEPS! (and a Defender)

I think it's worth noting that this is a tow strap rather than a recovery strap. Different elastic properties, different intended purposes. Safety first.

Wow..... I was not aware of that.... I did not think about the elasticity of the actual strap and the differences between a recovery strap and a tow strap.....

I will keep them for the " just in case " senario but I will in fact go and get the following.
