Insurance prices!

Hi, just thought I'd share a lil insurance info for fellow SUV drivers.

I was with State Farm for over 5 years and when they were trying to renew one of my jeeps for 25% higher premium for no reason (no claims/tickets) I decided to try Belair Direct and they killed State Farm!!!

If anybody is coming up to renewal, you should try an online quote.

Only thing I can't stand about them is the Call Centre style agents.

Unfortunately, Belair won't touch rural customers (from when I've looked in the past), and I've also heard that they can be a pain to deal with if/when you do make a claim. Thankfully it's been hassle free for us with Gore Mutual, and for some reason they didn't have any issues with the CJ either (they have pics of the mods on file).

I can't even imagine how crappy it will be if I ever have to make a claim....
I was trying to get my old yj on a classic car policy with Hagerty Ins, but I forget what their problem was....something like vehicle had to be worth over $7500 or Jeeps had to be more than 30 years old?
Hagerty offers a wicked policy for just leisure use. Like $140/year!
