Is this a good deal on a warn winch

I don't know what the difference is in the two prices, but the top price seems like a really good deal on an entry level winch, do you guys think it would do well on my pathfinder?

I think the bottom price is the same thing but with synthetic line. From what little I have read save up the little more and get the M8000, better motor and gearing which essentially is the most important part of the winch. However between the vr8000 and the bazillion chinese built winches, take the vr.

Ya not interested in the chinese stuff, I will grab M8000, I go out wheeling alone with the wife and kids alot and I don't want to end up stuck and calling for tows again this year
