Just my 2 cwnts worth but with the amount of info and stuff to cover you might be better off point forming it, if that's what it is called. eg:
- Aug. 5, 2009 brought my jeep in for servicing.
- Etc...
- Etc.....
I'm thinking you'd have a better chance of someone reading it all and it gets the message across clearer.

I agree with the point form idea. Mabey do both, like coles notes. But good job for not letting this go unlooked at by crysler canada! I know far too many people that would let them keep them the run around.

Point form it to be concise. jeep is actually "Jeep". Run the whole thing through Word for grammar and spelling.

Not in an effort Cass to be-little your efforts because GOD knows i feel your pain, BUT......

Isn't Car Canada nothing but a glorified used car lot? What authority or control would ChryCan have over them? Would the REAL issue not be the dealerships or Parts store be the culprits (However Car Canada is still pathetic!!!).

Again, i am just throwing thoughts out here. I really do hope you find some form of solace to this whole mess. I would venture a guess that just about ALL of us have been through such scenarios to a certain degree in the past however never pushed back as far as you are willing to go.

Good Luck

Loco is right. Fact is if you want to get pressure on the dealer, go to the manufacturer. They usually don't take complaints lightly (at least from what I have heard). When the manufacturer brings it up with the dealer. The dealer is forced to respond for damage control.
X2 on the point form. It makes it easier to see what happened and when but otherwise looks good.

They also have a proper (and I use this term loosely) Chrysler/Jeep dealership next to the used car dealership.

Maybe find out who the Chrysler District Manager is and send them a copy also. Other than that i think it looks good.

Not to rain on the parade but I wouldn't hold your breath.

When Capital Dodge screwed up tranny rebuilds in my '96 Ram (3 of them in 13,000 km), I wrote a similar letter to Chrysler Canada to complain. At the time I was in the market to upgrade to a 3/4 ton, pointed this out and that I'd be buying lots of trucks over the years with my construction company. Much to my suprise, I got a response but the short version of a 1 1/2 page letter was "tough shit, not our problem, take it up with the dealer."

I'd still send your letter, it's always worth voicing you problems.

I'd also look forward to the day that your warrenty is over so you don't have to deal with the fawkers.
