like the title says 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern and 3 3/4 or 4" backspacing

I have a set of 4 that are 5 on 4.5 15x9.5
No idea of the back spacing, they came off a ford.

I saw you post, 9.5 " inches seema a bit off, is that the measurment from outside of the lip or the inside???

It's what's actually printed on the rim. Like raised up in the metal, molded or stamped.
