LF. machine shop that can do acme tread

Hi guys, as the title. I need to find a good machine shop that will do female acme tread.
I have an old screw type car lift and i need to change my block that goes on the screw.
Its 1 1/2" 4. It will need the tap because on a lathe there will be to much deflection...
