LF: Oil pump for a 231

As luck would have it, as i was re-installing the two case sides after installing the SYE, my oil pump slid off, hit the ground and snapped one of the tabs along the edge

Anyone have one sitting around gathering dust or a parts 231 lying around....?

Jeepers this SYE kit has been a headache....

I have some tired old 242's you can check and if they have the same pump you are willing to dig through them

Thanks Dwayne. I will do some research tomorrow on this. They LOOK the same, however would like to try and confirm...

Could you PM me your number / location? It would have to be on Saturday morning as i am doing Daddy daycare a good chunk of the weekend....

Should be around most of Saturday.
You would have to do the ripping apart of the t-case, or maybe there is one you can just have but it ran low on oil so you would still have to inspect it. I have a pretty good one in the truck but it will remain there until I have everything for my doubler in the next week or two.

From all accounts, the oil pump looks to be the same (Same part number at least). I'll give you a shout this evening!

Just updating this to close off. Was able to get a replacement part from Dwayne for my 231.
