Update and to anyone who could shed more light / insight??
I had brought the TJ in to a local shop get this LED light issue resolved about 3.5 weeks ago. It is the last remaining issue i need to address to get it safetied. They ran some tests / diagnostics and determined that my Signal multi-function switch (Basically the level on the LHS of the column to control the signals) is toast and i would need a new one.
