Looking for a place that could reprogram the CPU in my truck?

Hey I fixing my Cam Phaser problem in my Ford and I need to get the timing in the CPU change from 60 degree swing to 18 - 20 degrees does anyone know of a shop that would have the equipment to do this other than the dealer?

Any help would be great
