Looking for a welder for a quick job

I stripped a bolt trying to take out the starter. It's in an odd place where I wouldn't be able to get vice grips on it, but I'm certain it will become loose if I weld a sort of breaker bar to it. Can't really get at it with a drill or anything, bolt is near the bellhousing and the firewall. Unless someone has a better idea go get this sucker loose.

The truck starts up as long as I'm parked uphill, assuming there's crap in the solenoid. It just needs to be cleaned and RTV the breather holes...

you need a turbo socket. canadian tire may sell them but not sure. that will be your best bet. try to heat the threads if possible. likely a steel bolt going into aluminum
