LQ4 to Th400??

Hi guys, i would like to know if any of you had already done this? The answer i found where really confusing!!! mostly regarding the flex plate and if i can redrill and tap my bloc?
And is there a good place around here for having the computer chip for removing every thing i dont need...

These guys did my harness/tune:

They removed the rear o2's and EGR and made it stand alone.

I ordered GM parts to do the adapting to the TH trans, but it was a pain in the ass, just get this:

Oh, and you don't have to do anything to the block, same bolt pattern, it is just the crank stick-out is different on the GenIII engines.
