Any reccomendations? malmbergs?

Anywhere that won't look at me like I have 3 heads if I

A) want to discuss wall thickness options and

b) ask for the old tube back?

Any idea on the going rate?

gas prices have made shipping costs so ridiculous I can no longer afford to send everyhting back to Cali. for work.

Cheers

Jast had mine made at Malberg...happy with the work and the cost.

Gave them 2 for parts. They rebuilt both double kardans, u-joints and ball/socket center part. Retubed both with .180 wall tube. new joint in the rear yoke. And installed my 12" TG slip on the front.

All for $405.... I didn't complain.
Also got all the old pieces back.

They are knowledgable and will discuss options and offer their advice if you ask. been going there for years.

Ya, I'd say Malamburg too. We used to get a discount with them, Not sure if it still applies

They are still listed on our sponsor page

Yep, I agree... got my d-shafts made at Malmberg. I'm no expert, but they look like nice work to me. I dealt with Dan - cool guy, he makes Cobra kit cars in his spare time.

I'll bump that up to 4 good reviews. I had my rear made and the front shortened a hair at Malberg. They were good to deal with and answered my questions without making me feel like an idiot :p Fast turn around too (next day).

Well I have had one good shaft done there and one bad one. They did my front shaft and didn't line the yokes up so it came apart but on a up side they gave me my money back right away without any problems. The rear shaft has been working great for years now.
