new in the area

hi everyone I am new to the Ottawa area and am looking forward to maybe getting out and meeting some people. I drive a 98 XJ with a 3" lift on 31" tires. I moved here from Toronto and just about everything down there to do "trail" was about 2 hr drive away. Hoping maybe I can hook up with some one here. Also even though I am new can or dose anyone no of any good parts places or scrap yards for parts.

Which part of the city are you lookin for yards? Not to many U-Pull yards around here.

makes no difference to me were they are. I was mainly looking for things like skid plates, toe hooks, etc. Coming from Toronto everything takes an hour to get to
