Newbie Tire Size Guide

I am totally aware most of you experienced guys already know this stuff as its pretty basic stuff, but this is for the newbies out there.

Metric = Tire Width in millimeters x Aspect Ratio x Rim size in inches
Imperial = Tire Height in inches x Tire Width in inches x Rim size

If your in Canada you likely have the metric on the side of your tire, so how does that equate to imperial size as thats what all offroaders want to know whats the low hanging fruit under your 4x4.

Are you bored and had to start a thread with info you just googled?

If you wanted to bring some tech, discuss rolling radius vs. static diameter. Real world measurements vs advertised/marked sizes, and how this affects off road performance.
