Simple question,

08 Wrangler will a 2.5 inch cheap kit, wheel spaces and possible 1 inch body if needed fit KM2 35x12.50R17 ?

I'm not sure but everything I've read about the JK, you should be ok to fit those with that much lift.

Should work. You won't need the body lift.

A little gentle trimming will need to be done on the front plastic "skid plate" type thing, the inside front edge of the tires will rub there on full lock.
