Here we go lot's of notice. We decided this year that we are tired of the blackflies in Ontario in May and 7 hours south will be warmer than it is here.

Confirmed so far Justin Lalonde, Al Lalonde, Marek, and myself.
The girls and little ones are coming as well and some of will probably make it an extended trip especially if it is nice weather.

Anybody else?

I guess I should have titled this as Victoria day weekend at Rausch Creek, with some of us leaving as early as the 16th and back as...

Dwayne...
Nancy and I are in serious thought about going... I'm going to have to think a lot about the logistics... Maybe even bring the buggy to Oshawa the week before and meet you guys in the convoy depending on what boarder crossing you guys are taking...
PM me some details on what way you are heading down.
Also... Is camping available at Rausch Creek?
Also... This could be the same weekend for the next RCQ for the 2013 KOH if there will be one... Could be cool to watch the race and do pit support at the same time for the local teams down there. Although no date is set as of yet for the RCQ but if it's the same weekend... Could be very interesting.

Till Valhalla!
camping is available at Rausch, no hook-ups though. last time we stayed at a camp ground about a 5 min drive away for full service (gotta keep the ladies and kids happy). I have no doubt that we would cross at the same crossing we did last time, the 1000 island bridges.

Hmmm... For me to convoy would turn into a 12-14hr drive...
Let me think about this for a bit as on the map from down here would be 8hr drive.
No promises but very interested in wheelin RC once in my life... I have been in the park when I went down to help in the pits with Matt and Brian (team #328) and they have some pretty cool shit down there I'd like to play on.

Still on the fence about going... If I owned a diesel truck instead of the 5.2L Dodge 1500 I think I would be going in a heart beat. Just worries me towing up them long hills with the trans in my truck. When we were returning from Suzican it would almost over heat on them long hills on the way out. I have a trans cooler but somehow the one I have may not be efficient enough.
Lets see what we can work out and ya there really is no point in going to 1000 Islands to convoy... But the idea of getting the buggy a week or so earlier to Oshawa and heading out from here sounds like a much better idea.
If I don't go... I think you will find me in my usual May 24 place on the rocks somewhere north of Napanee

Yea, I would like to RC again as we had blast last time but I prefer to support SF so I would go RC later in the summer.
