yep i have discussed this with them about 6 months ago.
Doesnt wanna do used gears which i do understand, so getting new ones.

Ernie quoted me $250 for a R&P install last year, if you bring the parts.

Not sure if he does modified axles (with lockers) or not.

Just had mine done two weeks ago, fantastic guys to deal with, do to bad advice from National 4wd (not Smith Falls branch they tryed to fix the mix up good guys also) Ernie fixed me up and the jeep is working better than ever. would have been around 600.00 but with with a bad U-joint and other parts need it turned in to 900.00 and they had it for a week. I highly recommend them.
