Replacement caps for Firestiks?

The cap on my cb antenna (3' firestik) that covered the tuning screw shattered in the cold when I went into a parking structure. Supposedly the cap does affect the tuning a bit and I would like to replace it anyways.

Anyone know if there is someplace around Ottawa where you can get replacement caps?

There is a CB guy on Richmond road down near Mountain Equipment Co-op. He is in the basement on the north side, but can't remember the name of his place. I'll let you know if it comes to me.
