Roll cage tubing needed

Paging Richard, Adrian.

At some point, a roll cage is on the list of things to do, and with steel prices low, I'm leaning towards picking up crap now vs waiting. With that in mind, how much tube might one realistically need for a sport cage in a Jeep? No back seat, so no need/desire for a family cage. 100' enough? Or am I optimistic?

Also thinking 1.5" 120 wall HREW (Loucon didn't have DOM in thin wall).

80' is what I had in my FJ40 cage. Should be enough for you. 1.5" might look a little goofy for a cage, my preference is 1 3/4"

Thanks - wasn't sure on 1 1/2" vs 1 3/4". Trying to keep it "light", although I don't know how well that will work with a tub plated in 1/8".

Get your metal here http://www.metalpros.com/ owner is a good guy. Will match metal supermarket.

Loucon was a fair bit cheaper than Metal Supermarket's online price (I've yet to call). I'll give them a ring, though.
