'Runner body swap-how feasible is it?

So I have a line on a mint body for the 'Runner. The seller wants to keep the chassis so no getting the whole truck. I have access to a shop with 1 hoist. How feasible is this swap? A lot of work I know, and those bodies are damn heavy. Anyone wanna help, shop is in Cobden. I really want my 'Runner to be pretty again.

Is the doner also a 5spd 3.0?

Auto 4runners have an entirely different floor. IF it is the same, then I don;t see it as being a big deal...

should be easy enough with a hoist.....or 8 buddies.

I guess the easiest way would be to lift the body off with the hoist, roll out the chassis and roll in yours.

2 bodies off, mine in trash, other on to my chassis. Other chassis has to be preserved as the seller wants it back.
