Sandblasting and painting

Hi guys, not really a 4x4 question but could be helpful. I'm in snowmobile mode, weather is nice so time to get the elans and tundras ready. Where could I get a chassis sandblasted and possibly epoxy primed? I had an elan chassis done at RLD and they charged 200 for the job - too much for that little chassis. I could either POR 15 it when it is done or if the price is right I'd have it epoxy primed.

Any suggestions? Close to Ottawa preferred.
