Can anyone offer advice on how to do a Dana 60 axle swap front and rear on a 1990 GMC Sierra 4wd IFS?

Depending on your fab skills, you can either try fabbing everything up your self, or look at one of the kits provided:

If you don't have way above average fab & welding skills, let someone else do it, you'd hate to have it break on the road and possibly kill someone
I did one years ago on a '95 with the D44 and radius arms from a '78 Bronco. Go with leaf spings or links, the radius arms are not worth it.
Set your front height first then match the rear. The rear is simple, shackle flip and blocks.
