Shackle bolts

On my blazer I got one side off, but the bolts on the pass. side are siezed in there. Im gonna try heating them up with a tourch saturday when I take my gas tank out. But is there any other trick you guys know of to help get them out?

Any bolt that I haven't had out I start 4 or 5 days ahead of time spraying them with penetrating oil twice a day that usually works or if that doesn't work I heat them.

Been spraying it once every day or two for 2 weeks...Im gonna keep sparying it till Saturday. If picking up my torches and gas tank then.
