Anyone know where I can pick up some d ring shackles in Ottawa? Preferably in the east end or even Hull

Lol! Is that because you're afraid you'll end up buying too many unrelated "deals" or because you think they'll be junk?
They usually have decent 10,000# weld on D rings in the $15ish range.

Princess Auto would be my first stop, although I picked a couple up at Lowes as well before.

I have had no issues with them from PA but you could always try TSC as well, not sure if there is one in the east end or not.

It's more of they may not have a fancy-smancy name on them but they have been found to work well.

Did you pick up the shackles? There is nothing wrong with the P auto ones, use them all the time and cheaper than a lot of them out there.
