Siezed nut on proportioning valve

I'm trying to replace a steel brake line on my '95 Wrangler. The line runs from the proportioning valve to the rubber line that supplies the driver side front wheel. I have the coolant overflow out of the way but the nut that secures the line to the valve won't budge. I gave it a shot of PB Blast and it's holding firm. Any advice on how to get it off? Thanks to all who reply.

If you're replacing the line anyway, just cut the line near the nut so you can get a socket on it.

Sorry, I went out to Eganville for a BBQ so I couldn't update till later. I used a vise grip to get it off, Anew nut was on the replacement line so if I destroyed the old nut I didn't care. I left off at bending the new tube. Tomorrow I'll finish it off so I can get to work on Monday. Before I drive it anywhere, can I bleed the brake I was working on or do I need to bleed the whole system because I disconnected it at the proportioning valve?

I'm done. I fit the line in today and bled the entire system. Once I drink the memory of replacing a brake line away I'll do the front passenger side before it gives up. Thanks for all your replies.
