A coworker mentioned these, in my limited knowledge they seem to be a great idea as it would keep down pressure on the tire at all times for increased traction...

Yeah, the theory behind it makes sense...Is it needed though?

I dunno, i would think that a good lift kit or a good suspension with good geometry would be more important.
