Looking for volunteers to help with the day of the event. We're planning on bringing Capture the Flag back so 2 groups of 2 trucks will be required to set then up. We'll also require pre running to pick new flag locations.

I already did the dbase stuff, and changed dates on pages. Official post coming soon.

Just to reiterate what I said at the meeting. You are making a commitment to the club about doing this, if there is a chance, for whatever reason, you won't make it, please don't commit. We are usually grossly understaffed while doing this and simply 1 person dropping out throws things in to disarray.

I booked off friday as well terry so im good to volunteer on the friday as well just gonna need a navigator cause i dont know the area all that well. But im commited for the friday

Maybe trail lead or tail gun a trail on Sunday? I'll save you from setting up flags so they can be a surprise for you on Saturday.

There will be a clearing run 2-3 weekends before the event. Keep you calendar open and watch the Club Only side of the forum for the date.
