I have a steel building dome style garage/storage for sale, brand new never been assembled still on the factory pallets. 25' wide 40' long 14'11.25'' high, garage door opening is 10'x10', with steel access door 3'x7' included, building plans and instructions with all the hardware included. Can be delivered $20,000.

From what company? Does it include engineered plans to get it past the permit process? Can the door opening be raised, or would the roofline interfere?

Its from Future Steel Buildings, I do have the certified engineered plans, I think the roofline may interfere, but a buddy of mine had 2' walls added to his foundation to fit a 12' door, something along those lines may work for you depending on your needs!
