Tbi vs TPI

Hi guys, i would like to know what you think would be the best for off road.
I have a yj with a 350 tbi, i have a 454 tbi for it and a chip. A friend offer me a complet tpi system, and i would like to know if there is some advantage over the tbi.

I would say about 8 mpg, a little less torque but a much more modifying toy to play with!!! I love mine!!!

I need as much torque as possible...
