To Borrow: A/C Refridge line tool

Anyone have the tools to de-couple refridgerant lines?

Ordered them at Benson in BC but they seem to be sucking and can only get them on Monday at the earliest.

Know of a place that will have them on the shelf? I'm mega rushed for time today (don't ask - it sucks) and don't have a lot of time to fawk around looking.

NAPA , CT, Parts source. Are you looking for Spring lock tools? I bought my last set from PRO-AM tools on Industrial Ave. They had them hanging on the wall.

Tried the one in CP but they didn't...

Try the Napa in CP, they have part #ULT 62280 in stock. It says they are good for fuel and A/C lines on Ford and Chrysler. No mention of Jeep but I would think they would work.

CTC at Bells Corners had a kit of tools for free loan that I took for the weekend to get the job done. Amazing how smooth and quiet she runs when the AC compressor isn't trying to seppuku.

Took the Jeep to Arnprior to get the body work done this AM. Should have it back on Thursday. Probably won't be wrenching on it much the next little while though since I have races the next three weeks (end of season points battle in showroom stock - LOL).
