Tow Rig

So I've been thinking more and more about getting a tow rig/junk hauler. Looking fairly cheap (under $10K), and needs to be reliable more than anything. Will need to pull DD duty, and don't have room for it and the car, so it's gotta go. Right now looking at:

2003 Yukon, 5.3, auto, tow package. Low-ish miles (140K) and inexpensive, low maintenance costs
2002 F250 CCSB - 7.3, auto, higher miles (240K), higher cost, maintenance on diesels is $$$

Thoughts? Other than that they couldn't...

Both are good options, yukon I would be looking at trans lines as they normally rust out and rear backing plates for the brakes. F250, oil pan rusting out. Maintenace on both will be low, the injectors on the fords don't normally act up till at least 300k+
Daily driving the yukon will be better on fuel. It is nice to be able to just throw stuff in the box and go.
