Well it's about time that i start organizing the Toys for Tots run this year. For the people who don't know what it is, We colect as many toys as possible for the toy mountain. Then we Convoy down the Parkway and drop them off at the toy Depot. Then we all go for Brunch at the Prescott.

6th I'm out of town but if we do it the 13th I'd be happy to come along.

We're in either day.

This was mentioned last year: "...they are really low on 1-2 and boys and girls from 8-12, people have a tendency to forget about them and focus on a lot younger." CT has a sale this week, 50% off select toys, I'm going out at lunch today to see what they have.

Quick question - the wife does home daycare and we have a lot of gently used toys kicking around. Is that acceptable?

New toys only...

HOW CAN I HELP TOY MOUNTAIN?

Toys, toys, toys! We are looking for new, unwrapped toys for children between 0 and 12 years od age. We especially have a need for toys for infants 0-2 and boys and girls 10-12.

When Can I Donate a Toy?

You can donate a new, unwrapped toy starting Monday, November 14th at the participating shopping centres, just look for the Toy Mountain structure. Please keep in mind that the Salvation Army requires time to sort and distribute the toys and asks you to donate the toys as early as possible.

I should have the poser ready by mid week. That would be awsome if we could set that up.

As for toys, there is also an awsome toy sale at Lansdown park Nov 6th-15th.

Who else is in. if you have a date preferance i need to know by tomorrow as i will be setting the date.

December 6th works for me but not the 13th, however, either way, I'll work on gathering some toys and if I can't make the convoy, I'll arrange to drop the toys off to someone who will be attending.

Ok, great! There is allot of new members this year. This is a great way to give back to the community and great to get to know people in the club.

So who else is in! Right now it looks like the 6th is better.

As for the flyer i will do it on friday/saturday, tonight i was buisy mounting up my tires and tomorrow night i'm installing my lift so i havn't been able go home and work on it.
