Transmission Temp Sensor, No Temp Rise After Start, DTC P0711

I am getting the following error code in my truck, P0711 according to my reader, suggesting that my Trans Temp Fluid Sensor is bad, which in turn is not allowing the trans to shift into O.D.
I have searched the net, my manual, and other sources and cannot find any
information as to the location of this sensor.

Anyone have any idea where this little bugger is located?
Any help would be appreciated.

1996 Grand Limited 4.0L 4x4

Inside the tranny oil pan, right beside the filter, single blue wire (if remember corect).
