U-joint

Hey guys

I'm just wondering what the guys with front alloy shafts are running for u joints?

Should i spend the money on high dollar or not?

I will be installing CTM's shortly. More money than i wanted to pay but these should be the last u-joints i ever buy, i was changing out spicer HD's once or twice a season. Nitro excaliber has u-joints wih the same claims as CTM but are a bit cheaper.

I run the spicer HD's (760). They lasted all season with a lot hard wheeling. I havent checked them yet but they seem fine.
Marek were those spicers you wore out on your dana 30, because you were fairly hard on it with the 35's.

Dont get me wrong though, if I could afford ctms I would run them.

ya, they where on the old 30. I think a big issue is the caps spitting out - full circle clips definatly help or welding the caps to the ears.

Ya I run full circle clips AND tack weld the caps in

Thanks for the reply guys. I think CTM are out of the question, but will try spicers.

Has anybody ever used the OX or J. E reel H20 u-joints?
