Vinyl window repair

I was wondering if someone could recommend a good vinyl repair shop? The windows on the Pinz are 38 years old and didn't take well to being rolled up. They are stitched in, so removal should be easy enough.

Im sure any good marine shop could do it if its the same type of vinyl
