Also we still have a bunch of plates, bowls, and cutlery. We can take care of supplying these again this year.

Although they don't say it specifically, the Legion makes back their money from the low rental cost by us buying our beverages from them. So generally we don't bring drinks. Providing juice for your kids may be a good idea though.

I am going to try and make it. Other than this thread an the odd post on who is bringing what, is there something more "ironclad" so I know what else might be needed?

The legion has a BBQ, so maybe they will let us use that?

Never thought about the legion making some money back due to the low rental fee that they are charging us.. Good call. I will bring juice for the kiddies and some other meal type food. Meatballs, or Sheppard's pie or lasagna etc... What ever the wife feels like cooking.... :) .... kidding, Love you hon....

Probably a 5pm arrival for drinks and social tiem with 6-6:15ish Pot Luck start. I think that's usually the norm.
