Adrian, will you still be adding stills into the mix? People like to see thier own truck no matter how borring the trail ride and pics are. A good mix of action video and slide show would be perfect.

Yah, I will be. I did not go on many of the local runs this year so unless I get video from others, I don't have much choice Plus Brad and Terry have been taking some good pics this year :glasses:

hey all, I have booked the party room and all 3 guest suites for jan 17th. I have to confirm this by monday!! It is $50 and has to end by midnight, cleaned and vacated by 1 am. there is a full kitchen and you can byob!! so let me know what you guys decide. Laura

In the interest in saving the club money I'll make the exec decision and say book it! Please give us the exact address so people can map it.

Consider it booked!! ADDRESS:415 GREENVEIW AVENUE. The 3 guest suites have 2 twin beds in each room, there is a full bathroom and mini fridge. they are just like a hotel room. they are $35 each. I have reserved them as well so whoever asks for them first will get them. if they are not used there is no charge so I will keep them reserved for the night. there is a pool table room with 2 tables and shuffle board, you guys could have a pool tournament, 2 or 3 dart boards and a pingpong table ajoined to the party room. also if anyone would like there is a large indoor pool, sauna's, squash and a gym!! We pick the keys up at noon the day of so the party can start whenever. If after midnight there are still people around we will just move it to our condo..

The keys for the rooms are left in them and paid for Monday. If people from out of town wanted to come to Ottawa for the day and night they would have full access to the building and be able to come and go as they please. It would be great if it was a whole night thing i agree. If anyone would like to come and see the place before hand you are more than welcome. just let me know!! So if you all are sure I will be paying for the room over the weekend...

Ok, the place is a party room in our building. We are located @415 greenview ave, carling & pinecrest, right at britania beach. It is $50 for the night and holds about 150 people.There is a $200 damage deposit, but we will get that back after. There are about 20 parking spots at our front door for visitors( all your trucks would park easily) and there is a city parking lot right across the street at a park that you can park at that holds about 20-30 vehicles. If we need to we can park 10-15 @ the side door.
things to do: 2 pool tables, ping pong, darts,a large swimming pool & sauna's, and if you really like a squash court and gym. There is no t.v.in the party room(there is one in the library/lounge) however we do live upstairs and have cable and a sat.dish with b.c. feed so any game you want to watch I am sure we get it.
3 guest suites are available for $35.

It'll be a great time. Even better if my "Bill's" make the play offs!! Laura is going to the office Monday morning to book it all. If most people leave early we will just move it all up to my place. Wobily pop's all night..And for the party animal's like John...everything in the building is 24 hr access:beer:
